Install FAQ

Common questions

In your welcome email after activation (and in your client area). If you can’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Xtream Codes uses your username, password and server URL. M3U is a single playlist link. Both work — use whichever your app supports.

Usually a typo or an extra space. Re-enter them carefully and make sure your subscription is active.

Usually internet speed or Wi-Fi. Try a wired connection, lower the stream quality, or restart your router.

No, a VPN is not required. If you use one and streams are slow, try turning it off.

It depends on the number of connections in your plan — a single connection allows one stream at a time.
